SHIPPING & RETURNS
Your goods will be handled with utmost care and will be delivered to you carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and boxed for delivery. Alternatively, you can arrange to pick up the goods directly from our factory/showroom. Goods are delivered by any of the following:
Mirrors Galore, Courier, or Furniture Carriers.
Standard Delivery for small items will usually occur Monday to Friday (8am to 6pm) by a courier or instore driver. Delivery outside the above hours will be arranged with driver to suit your needs. We do our best to keep you informed along the way as to when your delivery will arrive. Unfortunately we cannot always provide a choice of delivery day or time for these types of deliveries. To get an approximate delivery date please refer to the tracking number if provided or call office directly. For your convenience, you have the option to give authorisation to leave the item at the door.
Standard Delivery is a fast and cost effective shipping method that delivers direct to your front door, ground floor only (sorry, our delivery drivers cannot go up stairs)
Please contact us if you need the item delivered above the ground floor, depending on the circumstance, an additional charge may apply.
As these items require specialist handling, they will be delivered by specialist couriers or Furniture Removalist. You will receive a call prior to delivery to arrange a delivery time. Please allow up to three weeks for delivery from dispatch. Delivery by Furniture Removalist includes drop off only, and does not include rubbish removal or assembly.
Delivery & Installation may be available within Victoria and a request can be made for additional charges involved.
Unfortunately items are occasionally damaged in transit. If an item arrives and the packaging or the item itself is clearly and significantly damaged, you should take photos or video showing the damage, refuse to accept the delivery and email us immediately. We’ll share your feedback with our delivery partners and try our best to rectify this from happening again
If you notice that an item is damaged after it has been delivered to you, please take photos or video clearly showing the damage and email us as soon as possible, ideally within 3 business days of receiving your delivery. Please email us at email@example.com
We will then work collaboratively with you to find an outcome that you’re happy with.
Note: Scratches, fractures, chips or surface blemishes on glazing and mirrors are defective if they exist upon receipt and can be seen from more than 3 metres distance with perpetual angle. Minor scratches, fractures, chips or other blemishes that are not more than 10 mm long and where there are not more than three blemishes per pane/item, are not defects.
If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with the product received, we will refund you the purchase cost, less any delivery costs & processing fees incurred, after the return of said goods.
It is with the condition that the goods are returned within 7 days from the date you received your order and the items are in their original condition as purchased including all original packaging.
We can arrange a courier to collect the item, and we will deduct the return freight cost from the refund or credit provided to you.
Once we receive the returned item in good condition, we will refund you the full amount you paid for the item, less the cost of the courier/freight company pick up from your address and any processing fees incurred.
Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card or other payment method that was charged during the time of ordering.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if the items do not comply with our returns policy.

In general, if you visit our site and are interested in obtaining information about our products or services, we may collect personal information from you in order to provide you with our best service.
We receive and store any information you enter on our Web site. The personal information collected consists of your name, address, email address, contact telephone numbers, gender and credit card details. We use your personal information to process your order and provide you with customer service. We will contact you via email to confirm your purchase order or your subscription to us and may contact you further by telephone if we have a query with your purchase order. We will also confirm, by email, when shipment has taken place.
We may internally use your personal information to improve our products, to improve our marketing services for you and to determine general marketplace information about visitors to this site
At Mirrors Galore our customers are our number one priority. We respect your privacy and appreciate your business. The information you give to us is used to process your order and to give up to date information to you. After you place an order, we will contact you with information about your order by e-mail or telephone. At no time do we ever provide your account contact or payment information to any third party vendor, associate or service provider unless absolutely necessary in order to complete your transaction and order. eg. Your name, address & telephone number will be passed on to freight
providers to ensure delivery of your goods takes place correctly and in a timely manner.
We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with our website. For example, like many web sites, we sometimes use “cookies”, and we obtain certain types of information when your Web browser accesses our website. Cookies are alphanumeric identifier text files that we transfer to your computers hard drive through your Web browser to enable our systems to recognize your browser and to provide features such as storage of items in your Shopping Cart between visits.
